ترجو الشركة المتكاملة لتطوير الأراضي والاستثمار من السادة المساهمين الكرام أو ورثتهم الشرعيين أو من ينوب عنهم قانونيًا، حسب الكشف المرفق، ضرورة التواصل خلال مدة أقصاها ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ هذا الإعلان وذلك لاستلام أموالهم المبينة إزاء أسمائهم، مصطحبين معهم الوثائق الثبوتية اللازمة.
وفي حال التخلف عن ذلك، فإن الشركة تنذرهم بأن أموالهم المبينة أدناه ستؤول ملكيتها نهائيًا إلى خزينة الدولة استنادًا لأحكام قانون تملك الحكومة للأموال التي يلحقها التقادم رقم (35) لسنة 1985 وتعديلاته.
To the Shareholders of Comprehensive Land Development & Investment Co. (Public Shareholding Company)
The Comprehensive Land Development & Investment Company kindly requests its esteemed shareholders, their lawful heirs, or their legal representatives, as per the attached list, to contact the company within a maximum period of three months from the date of this announcement in order to receive the amounts specified against their names. Shareholders are required to bring the necessary identification documents.
In the event of failure to do so within the specified period, the company hereby notifies that the amounts indicated below shall irrevocably revert to the State Treasury pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Government Ownership of Funds Subject to Prescription No. (35) of 1985 and its amendments.
